Eric also serves as the founder and lead pastor of Arrow Church, located in the south suburbs of Chicago. Recently, Eric launched a leadership podcast to further support current and future leader development.
A native of Chicago, Eric matriculated locally, graduating from Eastern Illinois University and North Park University.
